When I realized my roof was leaking, I had to have this job done stat. They came out and put a tarp over my roof and had a bad storm come through that night (that’s the reason they did it that day they informed me the storm was coming). They did an excellent job and I’m so thrilled that this will be the Roof that will see my son and grandchildren through for the next generation. Great guys!

Right from the start, Josh's presentation of his product was second to none. Once approved and a date was set, my man Victor and his crew showed up ready to work. Didn't really expect them at 630 in the morning but it's all good. They busted their buts all day didn't leave until 9pm. Finished in one day! Amazing job, Amazing work. Thank you Josh, the crew and Victor (even if you are a Yankees fan) and of course Ridgetop Exteriors. It looks great!

Very honest, professional, and thorough service! If you're looking for someone who will fix the problem and not put a bandaid on it I 10/10 recommend Ridge Top!Lance came to check out two leaks we had going on. But after a thorough inspection he figured out it was an issue with our A/C. I was really surprised since the last guy who saw our roof from another company just gave us a large quote to seal the roof and left after 10 min of looking at it.Although AC's are obviously outside of what Ridge Top specializes in Lance was able to point us in the right direction. You can tell he really has his best interest at heart for his customers and I appreciated his honesty.

The very professional work that Rodriguez and Genesis did I must really say is outstanding and very AWESOME. they both did my work in a timely manner once the materials were received. The only issue I had was having the company get the material on order and in stock that took them almost 6 weeks to get done and when I would call I was always told the materials will be in this Friday again like I said that took weeks. Again the people that you meet face-to-face were very outstanding and professional it’s the office people that I had my doubts in

I have updated this review due to issues with the repair work I had completed. I had this company out late last year to fix a leak on my roof in a spare bedroom. Recently, I noticed another leak in the area that this company supposedly fixed. I called to have them come back out to look at it. I was informed that I had no warranty mentioned in my contract so they would not cover the cost of any repair. It hasn’t even been 6 months since the work was completed before the roof was leaking again. I would have hoped they stood by their work. I would advise you to be very cautious using this company and make sure you have ever detail in writing if you do decide to go with them. I’m not sure how you qualify for one of the warranties mentioned on their website or if they are there just for show. Please be aware, they also have a minimum charge for any roof repair big or small. For the roofers to even come out to your property you are looking at a price tag of $1500 (this is the cost to replace a 10x10 area of shingles). This was substantially higher than the other companies I received estimates from ($700 being the second most expensive). I decided to go with this company because the sales team (Chip and Courtney) did a wonderful job of selling their product. The final amount came to $1700 once the roof was repaired. I also needed to have one of my downspouts moved because it was pointing towards my neighbor’s front door. While Chip was on my roof, he noticed that there was a small amount of standing water in the gutter above my garage. He convinced me that this needed to be addressed and the repairs would cost $900. Once the new gutters where on, I noticed there was still standing water in the new ones. I was then informed that this is normal and was to be expected. I wish I had known this before agreeing to pay $900 to replace perfectly good gutters. I paid for the downspouts to be moved 10 yards down from its original location. I spoke to Chip’s boss (Brian) and he assured me they could come back and pitch the gutters more but it may be noticeable from the street. Since this was in the front of the house and I didn’t want lopsided gutters I decided to just keep them as they were. Exactly like they were before my wallet was $700 lighter (they took $200 off since they charged me more for the roofing portion). To conclude, this was a costly mistake going with this company as I feel I spent money needlessly. These many other positive google reviewers must have had a different experience than I did. I will not be using this company again.

I had a leak from old skylights that were installed badly. Not only did they give me great ones that filter the heat from the sun, but they found that the plywood was rotten and the roof was sinking so they replaced the wood, leveled the roof and did not charge me any extra. They were in constant contact and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

We had a few cap shingles blow off after a storm on an elderly lady’s house. We asked them for an estimate. First tbey(Gary) wanted to know how it would be paid. Insurance ? Top of the list for contractors we have dealt with in the 25 years that we have lived in Florida. While they might not give you the lowest estimate out there, you get what you pay for. The quality of their product and the service that we were given are well worth the price that we paid.Our two main contacts, Gary & Victor, went out of their way to make sure that everything went smoothly, including dealing with our HOA to speed up the process and contacting Solar companies when the company that we usually deal with fell through. They treated us like friends and made sure that we were satisfied at every turn. Even our pool service said that they were surprised at how they tried to protect the pool during a very messy process.I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

My wife and I had multiple estimates done before committing with one company to install our new roof that was sorely needed. We also needed new gutters and doors, Ridge Top took the time to sit with us in our house and thoroughly go over many options. We appreciated that from them. We went through several quotes but our choice by far was Chip and Courtney from Ridge Top Exteriors. They were like talking with friends who where 100% invested in getting what we needed for our old 30 year old roof. We are very excited with the results and extras that we're done to make our house safe, up to code and insurance ready! The crew was really fine and capable on the job. They replaced the few bad boards we had very well. A friendly crew with a good attitude, there was an interpreter for those who could not totally understand us. The roof looks wonderful and they really clean up after themselves quite nicely.I would certainly use them again. I first talked to Chris P. who was very helpful in describing the different types of shingles I had researched, the pros and cons (if any) of each for my roofing situation. He was also very helpful on what types of materials are available (under-laments etc) and the different cost levels. My site manager was Victor and I commend his crew. Thanks for a job well done all of you. 🙂

I had a water stain in my ceiling and asked for estimate. The agent came and provide a superficial assessment and the estimate to fix the roof for a few thousands of dollars . I asked for another company to come, which did a very good assessment and came to find out that the issue was not even the roof but the AC. Ended up paying 3% for an AC company to make the repair from asked for.

Just had my new roof completed. Thanks to Victor and his crew, it was done in 1 day. Never knew how happy a new roof would make me. Work crew was excellent! Job is beautiful and my yard shows no sign they were even here. Of course it never would've happened if it wasn't for Chip and Courtney Pearce dealing with the insurance company and all they information they gave me. Great company, I would use them again, but of course, this roof is going to last a long time!

I am extremely excited to tell everyone how Ridge Top Exteriors and their employees are honest, professional, courtesy and knowledgeable. Gary our project manager spent about 3 hours with us educating and explaining every detail before we even signed a contract with them. I had at least 6 roofing estimates, but not one of them ever explained anything to us. Tanner our roofing Expediter made sure that he communicated with us the entire time, he made sure the roofing crew cleaned up and made sure that everything ran smooth. The same day that my roof was completed, we had a shed delivered to our house, which the driver hit the top of my roof and damaged it. We had not had our inspection yet, so of course we couldn't use our warranty. But Gary went over and beyond to help us get the delivery company to pay for the repairs to our roof. What an awesome crew.

Ridgetop just installed two eight foot hurricane rated sliding doors for me. Ryan & James dud an excellent, very professional job! They arrived on time and were very careful with their tools and very meticulas with the details of the install. The openings weren't square so it took extra effort to get them installed correctly. I love the doors! The afternoon sun doesn't heat up the rooms like it did. And it was such a good feeling to know if Hurricane Dorian had come this way I only have to lock the doors to be protected. Thank you for the excellent work!

Last week Ridgetop Exteriors worked on my 1954 built home. They replaced & repaired the rotted wood.and installed white vinyl siding.It looks beautiful. An amazing crew hampered by weather a crew of fiveshows up on Sunday to finish the job. They replaced all light fixtures and gutter downspouts after installing the siding. A truly professional job.I was worried that overtime charges and extra wood and labor was going to raise my final bill but a supervisor told me that the price we quoted youis your final bill. Now that's AMAZING. THAT's 5 STAR !

I live in a very rural and off the road area, where it's been raining everyday for a month and a half, water standing everywhere ... not the best time to have a roof problem, to say the least! I had my roof replaced about 3 years ago by a company that did not to the job right, even after 3 tries.I needed help in the worst way, and Tanner and his team, came to my rescue. Tanner came right out and gave me a free estimate; he was very friendly and professional at the same time, he gave me a good price, and got his team right out here to get the job done, before anymore damage could be done to my inside roof. Tanner and his team risked getting stuck in my wet muddy yard, and if they had gotten stuck, well time is money, but Tanner put it on the line to help me! In the world today, not many companies still have old fashion values, but Tanner and Ridge Top do. Make it easy on yourself ... call Tanner at Ridge Top and he'll take 1st class care of you!

Ridge Top sent out Victor and his crew too replaced the roof on my recently purchased house, they showed up at 7am in the morning to get set up with all their materials and equipment and got to work immediately they installed hurricane clips for my insurance and wind mitigation inspection as well as replacing all the shingles and any rotten wood in about 14 hours total after they finished the job and cleaned up they hauled the old roof away at 9pm. They did a great job installing the roof effectively and efficiently and it looks amazing, the new roof color really changes the look of my house while adding improved functionality at the same time with the new vents they installed. I Will be recommending ridge top to anyone I know who needs a roofing job done in the future!

Several factors led to this rating. The single biggest one was faulty communication. The next in line is the lies I was told. I paid $3,000 extra to have hurricane wraps installed. During the installation it was discovered that my house already had clips installed. Rather than having new wraps installed one additional nail was added to each clip. When I challenged what I saw in installation photos I was told new hardware had been installed all the way around the roof. I was told I would be sent photos of that. Still waiting, but understandable since they didn’t exist. I spoke with someone in the Tampa office yesterday and was subjected to condescending answers and outright lies. When I questioned the cost of just adding one additional nail to the existing clips, I was told it was very labor intensive. It wasn’t. My sub roof is 1 x 12 boards. All they had to do was remove one row of those boards. The person I spoke to claimed there is no difference between wraps and clips. I offered to provide him with quotes from my insurance company based on both. The wraps would have resulted in an additional $600 premium reduction. He then told me my insurance company doesn’t know what they’re doing. He said he has USAA homeowners and they recognize the clips as being the best. Lies on both accounts since I have had USAA auto insurance for almost 40 years and they don’t offer homeowners insurance in Florida. I caught the project manager in several lies and did screen shots of his text messages to point them out. He apparently didn’t appreciate truth being pointed out to him. And lastly, the permit for my roof was issued a few weeks after the roof had been installed.

We had a small area of the fascia and overhang damaged on our roof near the porch. There was no inside leak inside the house itself, only a small area of the overhang. On the day of the appointment the person coming out to do the estimate from Ridge Top called a couple of hours early and asked if we could change the appointment to make it earlier. When she got to our house it was pouring in the rain (* it had stopped raining by the time of our original appointment). She never got the ladder out or went on the roof to check it because it was raining. She walked under the overhang with an umbrella and took a few photos with her phone. Just by looking at the damaged area of the fascia from the ground gave us a price of $2800. I had already gotten several other estimates and the lowest was $525 the highest was $1200 so her "estimate" of $2800 was ridiculous. I told her it was very high and what the other estimates we had gotten were. She said that the attic should be checked from inside and I told her she could go ahead and check it. She then asked me if I was going to pay the $2800, when I said I was getting estimates and would decide later she did not go into the attic. We ended up going with another highly rated company and only paying $569.00. The price was 1/5 the price Ridge Top quoted me.

From the beginning of the process with Chris , the installation process with Tanner and his crew I couldn't have been more pleased with their service, professionalism, timely manner and everything about them and the company. Thank you all so much.this This review was done minutes after the install per request of Tanner, and the instal went great , but since then when it comes to the follow up on inspection which failed due to lack of paperwork and pictures and followup on getting the documention and certicates of solar panel and gutters and breakdown of the bill it goes unanswered or false promises. Make sure you get everything in writting and not just computer based contracts..

After the experience we've had with this company, I don't understand how they're so highly reviewed. First off, the installers did a great job. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars. Now, the administration side has been a nightmare. Chris has consistently dropped the ball on our invoices and any other paperwork that we need to provide to our insurance company. Then he wants to call us up and complain about not receiving payment when he has yet to do his job. Specifically stating corporate is on his back when he should know the only reason they haven't been paid is because he is too incompetent to email us a receipt. Finally, he sent us the invoice we needed to complete our payment. Insurance paid their portion, we paid ours. Nightmare over.... or so we thought. This company has the audacity to send us a certified letter from a law firm stating a lien had been put on our property. Call up Chris again who pins it on big bad corporate for just "sending that out after a certain point" like it's not a signed legal document against our house! "You're paid in full, I'll take care of it on Monday." Thanks Chris, you've been so consistent, I'm sure it will be done within the next couple weeks.Save yourself a headache and go with a company that knows how to fill out an invoice without being dogged about it.We'll be filling a complaint with the BBB.

I had 7 different roofing companies come out to give me quotes. Because of Chris, Ridge Top Exteriors stood out. He gave me clear information. All my questions were answered. I felt confident putting my trust in his hands. I signed all the paperwork. Then we called the insurance company together. It only took five minutes to report a claim. Later my insurance company called and scheduled an inspection. Chris came over on that day and got up on the roof with the insurance adjuster. He helped point out all the wind damage. The adjuster sent us what they thought it would need. This is where they haggled out the price back and forth and I was left in peace. Then very quickly they agreed on a price. We picked out roof colors. The day of the job was scheduled so fast. They arrived at 7 am sharp and got started right away. The roof was all done in 6 hours! It looks amazing. I really cannot stop telling everyone about how incredibly easy this whole process was!! I am so thankful to Chris for all his hard work. Victor and his crew did a fantastic job. We feel blessed beyond measure that one day a Ridge Top Exteriors door hanger was hung on our door.

The shingles blue off our roof in Florida and we live in Michigan in the summer. Ridge Top Exteriors installed a new two level roof with designer shingles on my home in May of 2017. Everything from the initial discussions to the final walk around inspection went very well. The installation crew was hard working and very competent. Jeff Anderson managed the overall installation and was often on site. The preparation work and installation was done very carefully. The crew even used a powerful magnetic pickup device to locate and remove every last nail near my home. The roof looks great and I fully expect it to last 50 years. Many thanks to Ridge Top Exteriors and to Jeff Anderson and his crew for the great job.
Our experience with Ridgetop Exteriors was excellent, beginning to end. The agent/contractor, Ron, came promptly for the estimate to completely re-roof our house, he listened carefully to what we wanted, provided key information about what was needed, and gave us a written estimate printed on the spot. His was the third of five estimates. The result was that we up-graded to ridge-top vents and a higher quality shingle, and he revised the estimate. He returned promptly for us to sign the contract and schedule the job.
We chose Ridgetop because the bid was very competitive (not the highest or lowest), the job could be scheduled within a month, and because the agent/contractor was no-nonsense, straight-forward guy.
The re-roofing was done on schedule and on-time. The crew was hard-working and outstanding. The care to install three new skylights with flashing kits was appreciated. The cleanup of the yard afterwards was excellent – virtually no bits of shingle or nails, etc. Two extremely heavy rains in the month since show that Ridgetop did a great job. Thanks.

Someone from Ridge Top came over gratis to look at the issue from multiple angles & suggest a range of possible responses. Since the roof was close to the end of its expected life expectancy, we opted for replacement (and enhanced ventilation).
The work stayed on schedule. The supervisor and I walked the roof after the old roofing had been torn off; I was impressed that he marked fewer plywood sheets for replacement than I might have. Excellent cleanup. As part of the project we got gutter covers, and have been happy with the results. We’ll look to Ridge Top first when we look at window replacement.
Ridge Top sided and insulated my home. They did a great job, and what I particularly liked was the trim job. They paid attention to the edges of the home, which I did with a complimentary color. It looks very sharp! They did a careful trim job around the top of my garage door. It’s the attention to the little details that I particularly appreciated. The sales person was nice and explained everything and, in particular, their “finisher” who made sure the trim jobs were done was top notch!
